(System Analyst, Requirements Specifier)
Caro Systems (www.carosys.com) is a professional services company supplying full lifecycle consulting services to major corporations, primarily in Toronto, Canada but also throughout North America. Typically we undertake whole life-cycle projects but also supply key resources on major projects anywhere in the life-cycle. We seek to employ the most modern techniques with current methodologies and tools.
We believe that the most critical phase of system development is the specification of correct and complete requirements so our Business Analysts are our most critical resource on our development teams.
We are currently looking for some experiences business analysts with the right ability, attitude, adaptability and experence to succeed in a fast paced consulting enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation through: facilitiation workshops, requirements gathering sessions, interviews, current documentation reviews, early user interface mock ups, data modeling, UML modeling.
- Work products can included: Use Case models, Use Cases (Business or System), work flow diagrams, activity flow diagrams, business process mapping, business rule collection, UML diagrams, logical data models.
- Requirements testing interaction: involvement in prototyping, UI design, requirements traceability, test case design, test data design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years business analysis (systems analysis, requirements specificaton).
- Bachelors degree, business, communication or computer science.
- Extensive knowledge of the systems development life-cycle.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the Unified Process specifically RUP.
- Extensive experience with Use Cases and Use Case driven approaches.
- Extensive experience with UML.
