SOA Adoption is a consultancy service for the supply of expert resources completing engagements to adapt an organization to be ready for SOA.
As part of this service we will:

• Facilitate SOA organizational change management,
• Execute SOA program management,
• Implement a Process to realize the benefits of SOA,
• Implement a governance process and policies to support SOA
• Conduct SOA Health-checks

….. and ensure that the process, policies and procedures are monitored and measured to continue to realize benefits.

How we deliver

We deliver this service in a role-based offering, by supplying individual resources in very senior roles primarily in architecture engagements around SOA Adoptions.  If an Amberpoint partnership develops, we also supply Amberpoint-trained resources for the implementation of an environment supporting SOA. In addition we can conduct consulting engagements, identifying services using Amberpoint’s nano-agent technology.
